Current mood: broken

*sigh*
to top off my general feelings of depression and anxiousness today, i just found out i need two years of a foreign language for my public relations degree, not just two semesters.
i can't survive two more semesters of Spanish. the last one just about killed me as it was.

why the hell was i doing this school thing again anyway?

Yes, up to 202 is required for all Bachelors degrees.

Take it at the community college level. it's cheaper and smaller classes with better teachers.

...and frickin take french or something... you don't have to take Spanish unless you really want to. Spanish as taught from a book, as you well know, is not the Spanish you get from the masses in these parts anyhow!

Sorry you are feeling so ooky darlin. Do you have to take the full four semesters or can you just pass the fourth semester test? If that is the case, you might try to find someone who can tutor you up to a fourth semester profiency.

I second taking Spanish at a community college. Classes are smaller (and maybe a bit easier), and way cheaper. I took 3 semesters at a community college and took the last semester at the university -- should have taken the last semester at community college too!

And of course you can survive two more semesters. I've yet to hear of a Spanish conjugation killing anyone yet :)

oh i totally hate hate hate anxiety, i've been having a lot of that lately too. Not sure if you would be interested or not but i belive all my American Sign Language went for my B.S. degree. I believe the program is still at Front Range Community College at the Westminster Campus. If you can't do Spanish i would highly recomend ASL!
